Logging in via the Instantor frame
Instantor provides a login frame for financing institutions so that the end user (person who applies for a loan) can login to the bank using their usual banking login.
All you need to login via Instantor is an online bank account. If you don't have digital access to your bank account, we recommend you request it from your bank.
Before you get to the Instantor frame, usually there are few steps in which you register your application for a loan with the financing institution. You then choose your bank.
At the login page, enter same username and password that you use to login to your bank. For some banks, it's required to enter more than username and password (i.e. code from token device, Mobile Bank ID).
If the login is successful, you will be redirected to the borrower's website to continue the loan application process. Instantor will then start extracting information. It is advised not to login to your bank again (in Instantor or directly to your bank) for a few minutes as it may disturb the extraction process.

TIME LIMIT FOR INACTIVITY
For security reasons, Instantor sets a 10 seconds inactivity time limit on the login screen. If you don't do anything on the login page (i.e. typing in your username or password), an abandon error will be shown. You will then be asked to repeat the bank selection process.
