How do I request personal data deletion from Instantor?

As an Instantor user you have a right to request the deletion of your personal data from our records. Please note that there are certain circumstances when Instantor may decline a data deletion request.

Instantor is GDPR compliant and so, follows the regulations concerning data protection and privacy. Our users may request for the permanent deletion of their personal data at any time. Instantor’s legal department handles all requests regarding data deletion, therefore such request shall be sent via e-mail to dpo@instantor.com. In the email, please include a description of your request and the following information; (i) your social security number, (ii) your first and last name, and (iii) a scanned copy of a valid identity card or passport.

How do I request personal data deletion from Instantor?

Once Instantor has authentically identified you and provided that there are no other obstacles to conduct the request, we will initiate the erasing of your personal data from our records. Instantor strives to execute the deletion within one month from receiving the request. Please keep in mind that Instantor is not obliged to delete the personal data if Instantor can show that the processing is necessary, for example, for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim or to comply with a legal requirement.
